Responsible for ISIS Car Bombings Arrested in Nangarhar

A man allegedly responsible for organizing ISIS car bombings in Nangarhar has been arrested.

The suspect and another member of the group were targeted last night in their hideout in the outskirts of Khogyani district bazaar.

Atallah Khogyani, spokesman for the governor of Nangarhar, blamed one of the detainees are responsible for the ISIS car bombings in Nangarhar.

The identity of this ISIS member has not been revealed yet and the ISIS group has not said anything about it yet.
