Acting Police Chief Killed in Ghazni Blast
Abdul Rahman Fateh, the acting police chief of Deh Yak district in Ghazni, was killed in roadside mine blast in the province on Monday, local sources confirmed.
The incident happened in Deh Yak district of the province on Monday afternoon when Fateh and other security forces were on their way to supply local forces and his vehicle struck a roadside mine, the sources said.
“No other security force members were wounded in the blast,” according to the sources.
Local officials so far have not yet commented on the incident.
No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast.
