Afghanistan Terrorism Report: June 2023
In June, the number of attacks in Afghanistan claimed by ISIS-K-linked propaganda outlets remained very small. This continues the trend of ISIS-K-linked propaganda outlets only reporting on significant attacks. By far, the most impactful terrorist operations by ISIS-K in Afghanistan were the killing of the Taliban deputy governor of Badakhshan, Nissar Ahmad Ahmadi, by an ISIS-K car bomb followed by an ISIS-K suicide bomber attack on Ahmadi’s funeral a few days later. This second attack killed several additional Taliban officials, including the former Taliban head of police of the province, Safiullah Samim. These twin attacks were a major propaganda success for ISIS-K, which once again exploited this terrorist violence to claim that the Taliban cannot provide security in the country, even to high-ranking officials. In addition, a new report by the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) released at the end of June demonstrated that at least 3,774 Afghan civilians were killed in terrorist attacks between August 2021 and May 2023. According to UNAMA, the majority of these attacks were perpetrated by ISIS-K using improvised explosive devices (IEDs). However, the ongoing efforts of the Taliban to control ISIS-K in Afghanistan are also reflected in ISIS-K-linked propaganda, which for the first time, emphasized in several posts that the Taliban had not destroyed the group’s ability to operate, including the publication of an infographic of the Taliban officials ISIS-K had killed. Until now, despite ongoing Taliban operations against ISIS-K cells in the country, ISIS-K-linked propaganda did not see the need to clarify this.
However, in June, it became clear that ISIS-K continues to also plan terror attacks outside the region, particularly in Europe. In 2020 a group of Central Asians was arrested in Germany, who were, according to German government authorities, instructed by leaders of the Islamic State in Syria and Afghanistan to prepare terror attacks against US military installations in Germany. At the beginning of July 2023, another group of Central Asians was arrested in Germany and the Netherlands. This group had entered Germany from Ukraine, posing as refugees shortly after the Russian re-invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. ISIS-K had instructed and guided the group, which was in the process of selecting potential targets for terror attacks in Germany and had begun procuring weapons to this effect. The arrest of this cell demonstrates that ISIS-K continues to focus on attacking Western targets outside the Afghan region.
In addition to its fight against ISIS-K, the Taliban have continued their campaign against the National Resistance Front (NRF) in Afghanistan. The NRF maintains very few forces focused on the Panjshir Valley of Afghanistan. These forces do not currently seem to be a significant factor in Afghanistan. Nevertheless, according to Amnesty International’s latest report in June, the Taliban are waging a brutal campaign, including arrests, torture, and the killing of civilians, against the NRF in Panjshir. This demonstrates the ruthlessness of the Taliban regime against its opponents. In contrast, despite numerous calls by Pakistan on the Taliban to curb the ability of terror groups allied with the Taliban regime, chiefly the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), to conduct cross-border attacks in Pakistan, the Taliban seem to have done little to get the issue under control. Notably, pro-ISIS-K propaganda outlets seem to have picked up on the news that the Taliban planned to transfer some TTP fighters to the North of the country in an apparent move to placate Pakistani demands. However, so far, there is no independent confirmation that this Taliban announcement was enacted. Indeed it is unclear if such a resettlement move would not significantly disturb the ethnic balance in the North of Afghanistan, predominantly settled not by Pashtuns, the coethnics of TTP fighters, but by Afghans of Tajik and Uzbek origins.
Regarding the Afghan illegal drug economy, several international media and think tank reports have outlined Taliban moves against poppy fields in Nangarhar, Kandahar, and Helmand provinces. These are three of the key poppy-growing areas in the country. However, these reports seem to miss the parallel increase in methamphetamine production in Afghanistan, which has already led to a significant deterioration of the methamphetamine epidemic in neighboring Iran as well as increased seizures in the Indian Ocean as well as India. Methamphetamine, a synthetic drug, only requires a laboratory for its production. The ephedra plant, a natural source of ephedrine, is available in Afghanistan, overcoming the usual curb on methamphetamine production that the tight international controls on ephedrine present. Therefore, a shift from an emphasis on the production of poppy-based opiates to laboratory-based, and therefore harder to detect, methamphetamine production allows the Taliban to demonstrate to international observers that they are controlling the illicit drugs market while concurrently significantly increasing their profits from this illegal economy in the country. As expected, pro-ISIS-K propaganda reacted to this international discussion and claimed in June that despite reports, drug production in Afghanistan continued more or less uninterrupted.
Finally, pro-ISIS-K propaganda outlets once again addressed the issue of official Taliban Twitter accounts, claiming that the Taliban were allowed to maintain these accounts after the social media platform had checked them. In January 2023, international media reports highlighted that the Taliban, a U.S.-sanctioned entity, purchased blue check marks from Twitter. Interestingly at the beginning of July 2023, Anas Haqqani, the brother of the interior minister of the Taliban regime, Sirajuddin Haqqani, praised Twitter’s decision to allow the Taliban access to the platform. Anas Haqqani is part of the leadership of the Haqqani Network and was arrested by the security forces of the Republic of Afghanistan in 2014. In 2019, he was released in exchange for American and Australian hostages of the Haqqani Network. He subsequently became one of the interlocutors for the Taliban during the negotiations of the Doha Agreement. However, in his statement praising Twitter, Anas Haqqani, as expected, did not elaborate on how the Taliban are transferring payments for the verification check marks to the U.S.-based company.

In detail, with the help of God Almighty, on Sunday (8th Dhu al-Qa’dah), the soldiers of the Caliphate targeted a spy of the apostate Pakistani government, in the area of (Bilal Kaloni) in the city of (Peshawar), with pistol bullets, which led to his death, thank God.”

“A qualitative bombing operation topples the deputy governor of (Badakhshan) province of the Taliban militia”
“The soldiers of the Caliphate in the province of Khorasan this week overthrew a prominent official of the Taliban militia who holds the position of (Deputy Governor of a province) with a qualitative explosion targeting his car in the (Badakhshan) region. The militia leaders’ allegations of eliminating the Mujahideen in Khorasan Province, which is something that the militia leaders repeat a lot after every campaign they launch against the Mujahideen, who take the initiative to respond to the campaigns by harvesting more heads and leaders of apostasy among their guards and in the midst of their fortified areas, despite their strict measures.”
“A picture from the site of the explosion that struck the vehicle of (Deputy Governor of Badakhshan) in the city of (Faizabad)
“The assassination of two pro-government bad preachers”
“And in the details, by the grace of God Almighty, on Thursday (12/Dhul Qi’dah), the soldiers of the Caliphate targeted one of the evil preachers loyal to the apostate Pakistani government, in the city of (Peshawar), with pistol shots, which led to his death, praise be to God. The Mujahideen also targeted on Saturday (14/Dhul Qi’dah). Another preacher of ill-wishers loyal to the apostate Pakistani government, in Badaber area in Peshawar, in the same manner, which led to his death, praise be to God.”
“A senior official of the Taliban militia was killed when his car exploded in Badakhshan”
“Whereas, on Tuesday (17 Dhu al-Qi’dah), a qualitative attack took place that overthrew a senior official of the apostate Taliban militia. The soldiers of the Caliphate were able to park and detonate a car bomb on a four-wheel drive vehicle that was carrying the deputy governor of the (Badakhshan) region of the Taliban militia, the apostate ‘Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi’ as his vehicle passed near the so-called (General Court) in (Faizabad) city.”
“Accurate hit after careful monitoring”
“The explosion resulted in the death of the official along with his guard and the injury of others after the explosion hit its target accurately, praise be to God. The operation was carried out after special monitoring, and a special source explained to (al-Naba) an accurate statement of the target’s movements, the vehicle it was traveling in, and the roads it took within the area close to the headquarters of the governor of the region, which is a security area subject to strict security measures.”
"Acting Governor of the Province"
“The source stated that the dead leader was an ‘acting governor of the region’ in the absence of the region’s governor due to his travel outside the country, the dead man also occupies a prominent position in the militia at the regional level, in addition to his involvement in the war of the Mujahideen in the past years. The source pointed out to al-Naba’ that the Mujahideen’s arrival to this leader, despite the complex security measures taken by the militia, confirms the latter’s failure in terms of security and on the ground in its war against the mujahideen, especially after the recent campaign that the militia’s media promoted so much to the point that they claimed to eliminate the state of Khorasan! A picture similar to the repeated declarations of the governments of infidelity and apostasy in parts of the earth.”
“A picture of the vehicle (Deputy Governor of Badakhshan) after it was detonated”
“The second prominent leader to be killed by the Mujahideen in (Badakhshan)”
“It is worth mentioning that the Mujahideen managed, about six months ago, to assassinate the militia police commander in the same area, by detonating a booby-trapped car while he was on his way to his office at the police headquarters. Despite all the measures taken by the militia to secure its leaders, following a series of similar attacks that toppled many of them; However, the Mujahideen were able, by the grace of God Almighty, to reach their most prominent leaders again and in the depths of their fortified areas, and praise and gratitude be to God.”

“70 Taliban dead and wounded, including prominent leaders, in a martyrdom attack on a militia gathering in northern Afghanistan”
“A major security blow to the Taliban militia again at the hands of the soldiers of the Caliphate in Khorasan Province, represented by a martyrdom attack on a gathering of the militia inside a funeral hall that included hundreds of militia members and leaders in (Badakhshan) region, during a memorial service for a great leader who was killed by the Mujahideen – just two days before – of this attack and in the same city. The explosion resulted in dozens of dead and wounded, including prominent leaders, to confirm the size of the security breach within the ranks of the militia, and to dispel the illusions of the militia that carried the elimination of the Mujahideen, which had made a series of reckless statements to eliminate the state of Khorasan, which are similar only to the statements of the tyrants of Arabs and non-Arabs.”
“The explosion targeted a gathering of militia in a fortified hall”
“And in the details, with the grace of God Almighty, one of the Knights of Martyrdom, brother (Tariq Al-Khorasani) – may God accept him – set off on Thursday (19 Dhul-Qi’dah) towards a large gathering of the apostate Taliban militia, who had gathered inside a funeral hall in the city of (Faizabad), while they were participating in the memorial service. ‘Deputy Governor of Badakhshan Province’ who was killed by the Mujahideen in a previous explosion, where the martyrdom man managed to bypass all the security barriers imposed by the militia around the place, and he was able to penetrate the hall that was heavily guarded, then he penetrated the crowd, detonating his explosive vest in the midst of them which resulted in the fall of about At least 20 people were killed, including prominent leaders, and about 50 others were wounded with varying degrees of severity. Among the killed commanders was the apostate Safiullah Samim, who previously held the position of ‘police chief of Baghlan province’ in addition to the ‘chief of the Badakhshan court’ and other security officials.”
“Timing of the attack”
“The attack gained importance in terms of timing, as it came only two days after the assassination of the ‘Deputy Governor of the Province’ by detonating a car bomb, and it also came after the massive campaign recently launched by the militia, which garnered great military and media support for it, until the Taliban leaders and soldiers promoted that they had destroyed the state Islam in Khorasan completely!! This attack proves the lies of these illusions and dreams, and confirms the failure of this campaign, and that it, like its predecessors, only increased the mujahideen’s determination to continue, and their determination to make their enemy more and more angry.”
“Brother (Tariq Al-Khorasani) - may God accept him - carried out the attack on a militia gathering in (Faizabad)”
“Pick more heads”
“The statement of the operation touched on this, as the official statement confirmed that the mujahideen ‘carried out their promises once again – with the grace of God – and harvested the heads of the leaders of apostasy before their soldiers, praise be to God.’ We promised to pick more leaders, and this is the third bombing in (Badakhshan) that claimed the lives of prominent leaders in the militia, where the militia was killed in the first explosion, where the ‘provincial police chief’ was killed months ago, then the ‘deputy governor of the region’ was killed in the second bombing last week. And last but not least, this bombing, in which the ‘police chief of Baghlan’ and other officials were killed.”
“A picture of the dead leader, formerly the police chief of Baghlan Province”
“Major security breach”
“The attack also demonstrates the size of the failure and the major security breach within the ranks of the militia, which stands unable to protect and secure its prominent leaders and officials. The three explosions took place in sovereign areas subject to strict security measures by the militia, which was repeated in previous attacks, with the result being the failure of the militia to fight the jihad that God Almighty guaranteed to protect and perpetuate until the Day of Judgment.”
“Last week”
“Last week, the soldiers of the Caliphate in the province of Khorasan overthrew a prominent official of the Taliban militia who holds the position (deputy governor of a province) with an explosion targeting his car in the (Badakhshan) region; He is the second high-ranking official to be assassinated by the Mujahideen in the same region after the assassination of the police chief there months ago.”

“A leader of the apostate party and another of the (Sikh) sect were killed in operations in Khorasan”
“This week, the soldiers of the Caliphate in the province of Khorasan killed a leader belonging to one of the apostate political parties active in Pakistan, and they also killed a member of the (Sikh) sect and wounded another, in three separate operations.”
“The assassination of a leader in the apostate party”
“And in the details, by the grace of God Almighty, the soldiers of the Caliphate targeted, on Thursday (4th of Dhu al-Hijjah), the mechanism of a leader in the party of the so-called ‘Pakistan Scholars Association,’ the apostate, in the village of (Inayat) in the region of (Bajaur), with pistol shots, which led to his death and the wounding of his companion. Praise be to God. The aforementioned party is a parliamentary political party that is active in Pakistan and participates in the national elections and has various ties and agendas with the ruling tyrants in the region.”
“One Sikh killed and another injured”
“On the other hand, on Friday (5th Dhu al-Hijjah), the soldiers of the Caliphate targeted a follower of the polytheistic (Sikhism) sect in the Rashid Garhi area of the city of Peshawar, with pistol shots, which led to his injury, praise be to God. They also targeted the next day, Saturday, a second member of the (Sikh) sect, in (Yakatoot) area in (Peshawar), in the same manner, which led to his death, praise be to God.”

June 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram saying that the Taliban’s chief diplomat to Pakistan, Sardar Ahmad Khan Shakeeb, stated that the Taliban appreciated Iran taking in millions of Afghan refugees and that the Taliban would not infringe on Iranian rights. The post says that despite reports of “open conflict” between the Taliban and Iran, Taliban leaders have reinforced their friendship with Iran.
“#contemplation
The ambassador of the apostate #Taliban_militia in Pakistan, the apostate Sardar Ahmad Khan Shakeeb, said that the apostate militia appreciates the help of the Iranian Magi for the millions of Afghans they have taken in as refugees. He also stated that the apostate Taliban militia will never take steps to violate the rights of the rejecters of Tehran.
Despite the various media attempts to portray the situation between the Magians of Iran and the tyrants of the Taliban as an open conflict, the representatives of the apostate regime in #Kabul maintain a rhetoric of courtship, announcing their friendship with their Muslim neighbor they claim.”
June 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that despite Taliban pledges to “combat the production and sale of drugs in the country,” the drug trade is growing. The post alleges this is partly due to poverty and Taliban leaders encouraging the drug trade.
“#contemplation. A picture of the drug market in Helmand Province. The video shows a teenager working in an opium factory in the Bakwa area of Farah Governorate.
Despite the repeated statements of the apostate Taliban militia to combat the production and sale of drugs in the country, the drug trade is growing very quickly and has become exposed.
The disenfranchised population is forced to become more actively involved in the drug trade, aided by several leaders of the apostate Taliban militia who have influence in the region.”
June 2: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claims that clashes occurred between Taliban and Iranian border guards because allegedly the Iranians “crossed the polytheistic borders by 2.5 cm.”
“#a witness
Violent clashes between the apostates of the apostate Taliban militia and the Iranian Magians because the Rafidites crossed the polytheistic borders by 2.5 cm.”
June 3: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Prime Minister of Qatar met secretly with Haibatullah Akhundzada in Kandahar to discuss ending the Taliban’s “isolation.” The post says this was the first time Akhundzada met with a foreign leader.
“Biden is looking into the matter. A scapegoat is coming on the way… and new concessions…etc.”
Text: “WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Qatari prime minister held secret talks with the Taliban’s supreme leader this month to resolve tensions with the international community, a source familiar with the meeting said, indicating … a new willingness of Afghanistan’s rulers to discuss ways to end their isolation. The May 12 meeting in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar between Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Haibatullah Akhundzada was the first known meeting of the Taliban leader flirting with a foreign leader. The source said that US President Joe Biden’s administration has been briefed on the talks and that they are ‘coordinating on all issues discussed by the two, including strengthening dialogue with the Taliban.’”
June 3: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a Taliban member beat a pregnant woman until she had a miscarriage because she visited a doctor without a male guardian.
“#a question. What is the ruling on a pregnant woman who goes out of necessity to visit the doctor without a mahram? The apostate Taliban militia: Severe beating until her fetus is miscarried.”
June 3: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Iranian Brigadier General Qassem Rezaei, deputy commander of the national police, said that Iran could train Taliban border guards. The post notes that “Iran’s borders with Pakistan are stable” but that Iranian border forces have sometimes have problems with the Afghan border, alluding to recent clashes.
“#contemplation. The tyrant of the Magi border forces, Qasem Rezaei, said that his subordinates are ready to start a training course for the apostate Taliban militia to improve their skills in guarding the artificial borders.
He pointed out that Iran’s borders with Pakistan are stable and that its border forces do not have problems there, while the Afghan border sometimes causes problems.”
June 4: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Mullah Mohammad Yaqoob attended the thirty-fourth anniversary of the death of Ayatollah Khomeini in Iran. The post notes that the ceremony stressed “Islamic unity” and that various Shiite and Iranian “festivals and…days of remembrance” are held in Afghanistan “with the official presence” of Taliban leaders. The post notes that this is due to the Taliban’s growing relationship with Iran.
“#contemplation. A ceremony was held under the banner of the apostate Taliban militia to commemorate the thirty-fourth anniversary of the death of the founder of the current Iranian Magi regime, the enemy of God Khomeini. It was attended by local preachers, in addition to the Shiite generalists from Iraq and Iran, including the enemy of God, Muhammad Yaqoob. The importance of ‘Islamic unity’ was pointed out at the ceremony, and it was also mentioned that the Afghans can study the religion of rejection in Iraq and Iran.
It should be noted that the pagan and Rafidite festivals and the days of remembrance of the destruction of the Magi are held regularly in different parts of Afghanistan with the official presence of the leaders of the apostate Taliban militia, and this has become popular after the arrival of the new apostate regime.
This situation is due to the great ideological rapprochement of the apostate Taliban militia with Iran, which has been repeatedly emphasized by both sides.”
June 5: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram mockingly referring to the Taliban ambassador to Iran, Fazl Mohammad Haqqani, as a member of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.
“Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.”
June 5: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram accusing a Taliban official who had previously encouraged an invasion of Iran on Twitter before deleting his tweets of faking an illness. According to unconfirmed social media posts, Abdul Hamid Khorasani allegedly fell into a coma after an accident.
“#contemplation. If you are not ashamed, do whatever you want.
After the threat of the apostate Abdul Hamid Khorasani, to invade Iran because of the skirmishes on the artificial borders, he deleted his tweets with which he threatened the Magians and pretended that he was sick around the corner or that he was dying.”
June 5: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Taliban have “received and accepted $8 billion” from the U.S. referencing an NBC News story at https://nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna80446.

“#Khorasan. The death of the Deputy Governor of Badakhshan in an explosion.
This morning, in the city of Faizabad, an explosion targeted the car of the apostate Deputy Governor of Badakhshan Province, Mullah Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi, killing him and his bodyguard, and injuring 6 other members of the apostate Taliban militia.
According to the apostate militia, the cause of the explosion was a martyrdom attack, and according to another version, the car bomb was detonated remotely.”
June 6: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the propagandist General Mobeen was arrested for criticizing the Taliban and stating that joining was a mistake and that they are “acting against the Afghan people.” General Mobeen allegedly attacked the Taliban during a conversation on Twitter spaces.
“#contemplation. Sources loyal to the apostate Taliban militia reported that Major General Mobeen was arrested again for the fourth time.
This time, it is not about criticizing Pakistan, but about attacking the apostate Taliban themselves…
Before his arrest, Mobeen said that joining the apostate Taliban militia was the biggest mistake and that the new apostate regime is acting against the Afghan people.”
June 6: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a Taliban member was arrested after breaking into the home of another member of the Taliban to steal.
“#a witness. They violate each other’s sanctities. The arrest of a member of the apostate Taliban militia who broke into a house for the purpose of theft, so the house went to another member of the apostate militia.”
June 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram regarding the Friday morning explosion at a mosque in Faizabad targeting the funeral of the deputy governor of Badakhshan, Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi. The post was made before ISIS officially took credit for the attack.
“#Khorasan. On Friday morning, an explosion took place in a mosque in the Faizabad district of Faizabad I, in the assembly of the recitation of Al-Fatihah for the dead, the deputy governor of Badakhshan, ‘Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi,’ who perished two days ago. Al-Ahmadi’s funeral was held near the same mosque. Senior tyrants and officials of the apostate Taliban militia reportedly attended the event, but there is no information yet on the outcome.”
June 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the former head of the Ministry of Interior for Baghlan Province, Safiullah Samim, was killed in the attack on the Faizabad mosque along with at least 12 other people, with many wounded, “and among them may be (other) leaders of the” Taliban.
“#follows. The death of Safiullah Samim, the former head of the Ministry of Interior of Baghlan Province, as a result of today’s explosion in a mosque in the first Faizabad district.
And local sources indicate that 13 people were killed in the explosion, and a large number were injured, and among them may be leaders of the apostate militia.”
June 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the BBC reported that in addition to Safiullah Samim, several other Taliban leaders were killed in the attack on the Faizabad mosque during the prayer service for Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi. The post mentions Haji Akram Khan, Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi’s father-in-law, and General Zia ul Haq Abuzar as being among the dead. The post stated that Taliban soldiers tried to “prevent journalists from reaching the site of the attack,” allegedly to hide the number of those killed.
“#to update. The BBC reported, quoting sources in the apostate #Taliban_militia, that in addition to the mortal apostate Mullah Safiullah Samim, the explosion in Faizabad led to the death of Haji Akram Khan and General Zia ul Haq Abuzar and the injury of Faizullah Amaj, Basir Khan and Mullah Jamil. According to local reports, the death toll rose to 15, and 50 others were injured.
The security forces of the new apostate regime are doing their best to prevent journalists from reaching the site of the attack. Nor did the militia officially announce the number of dead.”
June 10: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the U.S. Institute of Peace wrote that ISIS-K is recruiting from Afghan youth and the Taliban itself, claiming that members of the latter believe “their leadership has betrayed the ideals of jihad.” The post states that the USIP report also advocated that Western countries coordinate with the Taliban to defeat ISIS-K, assist in the region, fight propaganda online, and “promote respect for non-Islamic minorities.”
“#contemplation. The report of the American Institute of Peace assesses the results of the attacks of the Islamic State in Khorasan Province and analyzes its strategies, and the recruitment policy pursued by the Islamic State: Calls are now directed not only to Muslim youth, but also to the elements of the apostate Taliban militia, who are fully convinced that their leadership has betrayed the ideals of jihad on the path of prophecy.
The report also encourages Western countries to coordinate operations with the apostate Taliban militia in confronting the Islamic Caliphate State, help other South Asian countries, encourage renunciation of extremism, fight propaganda and media for the people of monotheism via the Internet, and promote respect for non-Islamic minorities.”
June 10: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the Taliban have announced that they will install 5,000 security cameras in Kabul as a measure against ISIS-K attacks. The post alleges that Kabul residents asked the Taliban “to install Sharia law instead of security cameras.” Also, it states that al-Qaeda and the Taliban are allied with all “regardless of his religion” because their common enemy is ISIS-K.
“#Khorasan. The apostate Taliban militia announced that it will fight the soldiers of the Islamic Caliphate by installing 5,000 surveillance cameras in Kabul alone.
The locals took the news as a joke, and advised the apostate militia to install Sharia law instead of security cameras.
It is noteworthy that an account affiliated with the intelligence vaults in the Rand Crusader centers has advised the apostate Taliban militia to follow the example of the Iraqi rejectionists by deploying cameras and forcing homeowners and shops to install surveillance cameras.
The account is published in the groups of mortal captives (referring to al-Qaeda). No wonder they collect every fallen and degraded person, regardless of his religion. The important thing is that their enemy is common. It is the #Islamic_State.”
June 10: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that Sirajuddin Haqqani is raising internal support for Mohammad Yaqoob, the acting Defense Minister, in hopes that he will replace Hibatullah Akhundzada.
“#contemplation. And count them all. Agent Sirajuddin Haqqani wants to depose the Musardib (hidden) Akhund.
The new report of the Security Council of atheist nations states that the intelligence chief Sirajuddin Haqqani is trying to obtain more support for the son of Mullah Omar the apostate Yaqoob in the ranks of the apostate Taliban militia to replace the tyrant of the militia.”
June 10: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the UN Security Council has confirmed the power struggle between Sirajuddin Haqqani and Akhundzada. The post says that Haqqani has voiced his “dissatisfaction with the monopoly of power” in the Taliban but that the “feud was hushed up.” The post notes that Haqqani “leans towards the West” and wants recognition from the international community.
“#follows. Plots in the spider’s house. The UN Security Council has published a report on the dispute between the intelligence tyrant of the interior, Sirajuddin Haqqani, and the tyrant of the militia #Taliban, the Musardib (hidden) Akhundzada.
The report talked about the attempts of the apostate Haqqani to convince the council of militia scholars that the tyrant Akhundzada is powerless and that they need to replace him in favor of the apostate Mullah Yaqoob.
Conflict opened up within the apostate Taliban militia since Haqqani’s intelligence speech in Khost Province, where he expressed his dissatisfaction with the monopoly of power within the new apostate regime and its policies.
After that, the representatives of the two opponents in the militia exchanged accusations and admonitions, and chose for this escalating quarrel the issue of women’s education as an argument.
However, the feud was hushed up and returned to the scenes. However, the Mukhabarat Haqqani continued to promote himself in the media, trying to enhance his position, and the apostate Yaqoob did the same.
Note that the wing of the apostate Haqqani leans towards the West to develop the regime with more interest in the issue of its recognition in the international infidel community.”
June 10: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram alleging that the Taliban and al-Qaeda are hypocrites for currently condemning the bombing of mosques.
“#a witness. The tyrants and captives condemn the bombing of mosques, according to their claim.
Video: Taliban bomb a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan. Exploding is permissible as long as they are not involved.”
June 10: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that if conflict broke out between Iran and the Taliban, Afghan Shiites would side with Iran turning Afghanistan into “a second Yemen.”
“#contemplation. The antagonisms of the apostate Taliban militia towards Iran’s magi are a diplomatic mockery and playing with the militia’s future politically in the near term. With the push of a button from the rejection of Iran, Afghanistan will become a second Yemen due to the size of the militia (the rejectionists of the Hazara) present in the country and affiliated with Iran in terms of creed and loyalty, and protected by weapons by the militia of the apostate Taliban, the message was It was clear to the rulers of Afghanistan recently, which led the militia leaders to move towards the transgressors, and what a general is clear from them is far away, as a whole week has passed since his arrest.
The Tweet states that ISIS claimed responsibility for the Faizabad suicide attack and notes that it came “directly after the border tensions between Afghanistan and Iran, after a security lull by the organization that lasted for months.”
June 12: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the Taliban Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh Nida Mohammad Nadeem, was not allowed to address an international conference, so he was brought a microphone to speak while conference attendees ate dinner and ignored him.
“#a witness. The charades of the apostate #Taliban militia in asking for what does not please the Most Merciful. The militia wants to insert itself among the disbelieving nations by every possible means, whether that means is open blasphemy or not.
While they were at the international conference, the apostate militia representative Mullah Suhaib was not allowed to speak on stage. After deep sadness, anger and outcry, Mullah Suhaib’s friends brought him a microphone to appease him, but while ‘the audience was having dinner.’
And everyone was preoccupied with devouring the food in his plate, and we hear that from the salvation of spoons hitting the plates as if it were a war with swords. But that did not prevent the mule Suhaib from speaking from the dinner table while all the attendees were eating their food, and no one was listening to him or even paying attention to him.
Minister Sahib delivered his speech like a car without brakes, and no one even translated his words.
Thank you.”

As one of the Afghan common people tweeted that this matter has its aftermath, which puts the Pakistani Taliban militia with the Uzbek and Tajik Taliban in one row against the Pashtun Taliban.
The intelligence and the interior tyrant, the Haqqani, did not miss the matter of playing on patriotism and the unity of the nation to mobilize the angry people against the tyrannical tyrant.
