One dead, 3 wounded in Kabul explosion

At least one policeman was killed in an IED explosion on Wednesday morning in Kabul city, police confirmed.

The target was a police Ranger vehicle.

According to police the blast occurred at around 8:00 am local time in Tangi Tarakhail area of PD15 Kabul city.

At least three others were wounded in the incident, police added.

So far no group had claimed responsibility for the incident.

This comes after Kabul witnessed with four IED explosions on Tuesday.
